We are your hosts Andrew and Su; we fell in love with the farm and the Samoëns area and our primary aim is for you to do the same. We will tailor the service and activities to meet whatever suits you best; you can book short breaks, fully catered weeks, or even have the whole chalet to yourselves - you choose! Our luxury ski accommodation with five large ensuite bedrooms and a further family suite, can comfortably accommodate up to 18. Locally you can enjoy the skiing, the family activities, the alpine walks, the adventurous pursuits, or simply relax and drink in the stunning scenery. Winter or summer - there's something for everybody. All this in a spectacular setting with the highest standards of food, drink and hospitality.

Ferme du Ciel is a stunning architect designed renovation of a traditional Savoyard farmhouse positioned above the award winning heritage town of Samoëns. The farm enjoys sensational views of the picturesque Giffre valley, and is nestled in the mountains of the Grand Massif. Close to the Grand Massif Express gondola, the chalet is ideally positioned for skiers and walkers to enjoy all that the French Alps have to offer. The added bonus is that it is only one hour from Geneva.

Samoëns is a beautiful, truly authentic French alpine farming town that has maintained its traditional charm and character, whilst offering a selection of shops, bars, restaurants.

Farming tradition is still very much respected and you can enjoy the local market,or visit the ancient chapel overlooking the chalet. The Grand Massif is renowned for its snowsure records where skiing is available from December to April throughout the excellent linked areas of Samoëns, Flaine, Morillon, Les Carroz and Sixte.

The farm is fantastically situated for easy access to all winter and summer activities and those up for a challenge will really enjoy the choices the valley and the Alps offer. A wide range of seasonal pursuits are available for guests to enjoy; including skiing, snowshoeing and ice-skating in the winter or alpine walks, orienteering, mountain biking and a whole host of water and river orientated activities in the summer. Or you may prefer to relax and simply take in the stunning scenery around you!

Winter or Summer – there’s something for everybody and our aim is to ensure that your holiday is truly a memorable and an unforgetable experence!
