Please view our availability page to check your preferred dates (our latest prices can be found in the Winter and Summer sub-menus above). You will be given an option, which holds accommodation for you, at no cost to you, for a specified period. After this time, your option lapses and the rooms provisionally held for you will be offered to other parties.

3) Complete the booking form and send deposit

Should you decide to confirm your reservation, please send your completed booking form and deposit of 25% of the holiday price, by return. Your booking is confirmed once we have issued a confirmation invoice.

4) Send final payment

Final payment of the balance of the holiday is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. If you are booking within 11 weeks of the date of departure, full payment should be made at the time of booking. All our holiday prices are in pounds sterling. We would be happy to arrange a quote in any other currency if required. We reserve the right to pass on any bank charges incurred as a result.

Special Requests

If you have a special request or dietary requirement, please clearly note it on your Booking Form or if after booking, make it in writing to ourselves. A special request will only be binding if we have confirmed in writing that it will be complied with. Therefore, unless we have agreed in writing to provide such a service or facility, failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part. If we undertake to pass on requests to other service providers (e.g. ski schools) we cannot guarantee such requests will be met even if we have confirmed that they have been passed on. If you have any medical problem or disability, you must advise us in writing at the time of booking giving full details. If we reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate your particular needs, we must reserve the right to decline your booking, or cancel it when we find out the full details if you fail to provide these at the time of booking.
